Cold eyes of crimsonfollowed the stallion. well.... Whatever he thinks i don't care. He thought sharply. He sharply retorted. "Fine, do as you wish" His lip curled in a angry frown. His dark features twisted as he turned his musslze to the sky wet droplets falling 'bout 'im.

His smile widened, but it wasn't one expression victory nor even happiness. It was just one of understanding, the lanky roan stallion thinking he took a step farther in understanding the beast before him. The expression on Tynan's muzzle was inverted on the black stallion, the blue roan's neck bobbing up and down to perform a quick and respective bow, eyes reflecting the flames that licked at the branches not three paces from him. Another nod was made to Blackhoof, lips parting so he could speak.
"I believe I will be taking a stroll now. Thank you, dear lady, for offering me your herd's shelter for the time being. I will return soon..."
His words trailed off, large pupils trailing to the fire for a second. From there, he started in a slow walk, making his way past the other stallion and into the soft mist of rain. He felt the long grass brush against his legs, soaking anything that was dry on his body. He was just another part of the sky within moments, blue, grey and black body blending into the intertwining clouds that blanketed the sky.
He, however, could still see the flickers of red-hot flame where he stood, gaze always on it as he ducked his head to nibble on the grass blades and slurp from stray puddles that formed. Fire and electricity ruled his life, he realized, but Tynan did not find the fear foolish after all he saw as a foal. A shiver ran beneath his coat, the blurred images of carcasses imprinted in his eyelids.
No, this fear was nesscary and understandable.
